Cute Animal Sandwich


You Will Need:

  • -prepared a sandwich on bread of your choice with filling of your choice
  • marble cheese slices
  • -a variety of fresh vegetables—cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, carrots, black olives, chives, etc.
A) Frog Sandwich
1. Place prepared sandwich on a plate.
2. Use two large cucumber slices with two black olive slices for the eyes.
3. Use half a tomato slice for the mouth—remove the inner flesh and just use the outside.
4. Slice one mini cucumber in half lengthwise and place on each side of the sandwich for legs. Slice two small pieces from your mini cucumber and use them as feet.
B)Cat Sandwich
1. Place prepared sandwich on a plate.
2. Top the sandwich with a slice of marble cheese.
3. Slice a piece of carrot into two larger triangles and one smaller triangle. The two larger triangles will be the ears and the smaller triangle the nose.
4. Slice three chives into six pieces and use them as whiskers.
5. Finally, cut two thin slices of radish and put them on the sandwich for eyes and top with two slices of black olive.
C)Elephant Sandwich
1. Place prepared sandwich on a plate.
2. Grab two lettuce leaves and stick on either side of the sandwich for ears.
3. Slice a mini cucumber in half lengthwise and put on the sandwich for the elephant’s trunk.
4. Thinly slice two radish slices and top with two black olive pieces for the eyes.
D)Piggy Sandwich
1. Place the prepared sandwich on a plate.
2. Slice a radish in half and place the large half on the sandwich for the pig’s nose.  Top with two small black olive pieces for the nostrils.
3. Thinly slice three slices off the radishes.  Cut one in half and use them for the ears.
4. Place the last 2 on the sandwich for eyes and top with black olive pieces.

The Vegan Sandwich



Ingredients (makes enough for 5 sandwiches):
1 organic medium firm tofu
1/3 non-dairy milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic
sea salt & ground pepper to taste
Method
1)Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
2)To make eggless patties for your breakfast sandwiches just heat a pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Then scoop 1/4 C of batter into the pan. Let it cook on one side for 3 mins - at this point the surface should have small bubbles - and then flip, cooking for another 3 mins. 
3)Toast an english muffin and prepare any toppings you desire. If you want to melt cheese on the patty just add it a couple of minutes after you flip the patty, then cover the pan with a lid.

Classic Tuna Mayo Sandwich


Ingredients

  • -1 medium red onion (about 8 ounces; 225g), cut into 1/4-inch dice
  • -1/2 cup (120ml) red wine vinegar
  • -4 (5-ounce; 140g) cans oil-packed tuna, drained
  • -1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise, plus more as needed
  • -2 stalks celery (about 6 ounces; 170g total), cut into 1/4-inch dice

Directions

  1. 1.
    In a small bowl, combine onion and vinegar (vinegar should just cover onion; add more if it does not) and let stand 15 minutes.
  2. 2.
    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine tuna and mayonnaise and mix very well with a spoon until tuna is reduced to very small shreds.
  3. 3.
    Drain onion well, then add to tuna along with celery, parsley, and fish sauce or anchovy. Mix until well incorporated, then season with salt and pepper. Add more mayo, 1 tablespoon at a time, if desired.
  4. 4.
    Spoon tuna salad onto 4 bread slices, top with lettuce leaves, then close sandwiches. Serve right away.

    • -1 ounce (about 10 stalks) flat-leaf parsley leaves and 
    • tender stems, minced (about 1/4 packed cup)
    • -1/2 teaspoon (3g) Asian fish sauce or very finely minced 
    • oil-packed anchovy fillets (about 2 small fillets)
    • -Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • -8 slices sandwich bread, very lightly toasted
    • -Romaine lettuce leaves, torn, for garnish

Banana Nutella Sandwich































Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 8
Nutella – 8 tablespoon
Banana – 2 ripe
Butter for toasting bread




Method:
1) Slice ripe banana into rounds
2)Take couple of bread slices, and spread a tablespoon of nutella on each slices. Arrange the banana on top of the bread. Cover with another slice and butter it if needed.
3)Toast the bread in a toaster or pan till golden.
4)Cut into triangles and serve

Bacon & Egg Sandwich




INGREDIENTS:
-2 eggs
-milk
-cheese (optional)
-2 strips of bacon
-1 tablespoon rendered bacon fat
-mayonnaise
-salt 

DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl until blended.
  2. 2) HEAT 1 tsp. butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. POUR IN egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, GENTLY PULL the eggs across the pan with an inverted turner, forming large soft curds. CONTINUE cooking – pulling, lifting and folding eggs – until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. REMOVE from pan. CLEAN skillet.
  3. 3) SPREAD remaining 2 tsp. butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. PLACE 2 slices in skillet, buttered side down. TOP evenly with scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon. COVER with remaining bread, buttered side up.
  4. 4) GRILL sandwiches over medium heat, turning once, until bread is toasted and cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes.
